1) Contact FAC to check on availability.

When contacting Please provide the following information.

-Childs name & age

-Guardians Name & contact number

-Class Day & Time you are interested in enrolling in

3) Submit online Waiver Form

5) Fall Registration fee + first month tuition due to reserve spot in class
